Tom Paulick

Tom brings a deep and varied background to Scherer
Schneider Paulick, primarily focused on maintaining relationships
and developing new ones.
Leading the firm's marketing efforts, Tom serves
two critical roles - new business development, and providing new
contacts for our individual clients in transition.
His career prior to consulting includes consumer
products marketing, international business, corporate human resources,
and public sector and association management.
For over 20 years, Tom has provided career transition
services including managing a highly acclaimed facility closure
in Chicago involving over 2,000 displaced workers. His work with
executives in transition revolves around motivation and networking
skills development.
Tom holds an MPA from the University of Pittsburgh,
and a BA from the University of Notre Dame. A native of Chicago,
he is an active in several community and business organizations.
Tom was one of the first volunteers in the Peace
Corps, serving in Chile, is fluent in Spanish, and has traveled
to more than 40 countries.
