Rosemary M. Monahan

Rosemary is a seasoned senior coach drawing from over 20 years in both corporate and consulting environments in senior management positions.  She has a broad background in leadership and management development, team building, career development, assessment and executive coaching.  Often functioning as the "coach's coach" she is a master trainer and facilitator in coaching "best practices."

Rosemary's experience includes senior leadership positions in human resources focusing on leader development, high potential identification and succession planning; career enhancement; executive coaching; and professional staff (coaches) development.  As an executive coach, she has assessed and coached senior executives from Fortune 500 companies over the past 15 years, and is highly skilled in cultivating awareness and securing behavioral change to insure continued career success.

Practical, action oriented and motivational, she uses assessment, behavioral feedback, SSP's proprietary Q5 Framework, dialogue and humor to help client's attain personal, organizational and career goals.  Rosemary also draws from her communications training at Second City and Toastmasters, working supportively with her clients to help them:

• Develop greater awareness of their personal impact to enhance skills and/or change limiting behaviors;

• Harness their emotional intelligence through measured response versus triggered reaction;

• Become more politically astute;

• Increase confidence, and enhance leadership, communication and performance; and

• Attain career goals.

An accomplished public speakers, Rosemary is often called upon to make presentations to professional human resources groups on the subjects of high potential development, leadership development, career development and executive coaching.

Rosemary is certified to deliver the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Leadership Effectiveness Assessments (LEA).
