Ken McArdle

Ken McArdle offers more than fourteen years of experience
in outplacement, counseling, employee and industrial relations
and over twenty years in distribution and operational management.
He is particularly skilled at providing individual
and group career management services as a part of large downsizings
and closures.
He has twelve years of corporate and plant human
resources experience with a Fortune 500 company, plus ten years
of operational and distribution management at a corporate level.
His extensive experience in industrial relations
includes managing a company-wide workforce reduction of 3,500
employees, and directing Industrial Relations for a Fortune 500
company with over 4,500 union employees. Kens additional
experience includes creating, staffing and directing a large retail
warehousing and distribution center, as well as building and staffing
28 retail store chains.
Kens studies include Institutional Management
at Michigan State University and Human Resource Management at
Northwestern University.
