“I spent my career learning from some of the best in the
business world and it is very satisfying now to be able to pass
on these learning’s to others as they build their careers. In
particular, having the opportunity to work with others as they
seek to learn more about and pursue non traditional and
entrepreneurial careers is both energizing and rewarding.
People today are looking for more control in their lives and
careers in an environment that seems continually less certain.
For some pursuing a career path of starting or buying a small
business or teaming with others to buy a larger company where
they can have some ownership interest is a better fit with their
career plan.” |
