Doreene E. Lent 
Doreene is the Vice President of Business Development with SSP
(Scherer Schneider Paulick), a human resources consulting firm with
offices in Oakbrook Terrace, the Chicago Loop, Deerfield, Joliet,
Racine, WI and St. Louis, MO. Doreene maintains an office in SSP’s
Chicago location.
Doreene brings more than eighteen years of expertise managing
account relationships and developing and implementing solutions to
critical problems facing leaders in the executive suite and their
direct reports.
Before joining SSP, Doreene served as Director of Business
Development for a boutique outplacement firm in Chicago that
provided services to senior executives. In this role, she was
responsible for corporate relationship development.
Doreene also served as a Senior Account Executive with Behavioral
Science Technology, Inc. (BST), an international consulting firm
providing performance improvement solutions.
Doreene’s professional experience includes nine years with DBM in
Chicago and Los Angeles serving as Senior Account Executive and as a
Vice President on the Global Relationships Team. In these roles she
partnered with national and multinational Fortune 1000 customers in
diverse industries including professional services, manufacturing,
financial services, food, retail, technology, and
telecommunications.
Doreene, a California native, began her career with Bank of America
and later moved to Union Bank as a Vice President and Corporate
Lending Officer. Doreene has lived and worked in Asia and earned a
B.S. from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
